This month marks the 10-year anniversary of the Gloucester Rugby Charitable Foundation and, to celebrate, they have released their 2024–25 Social Value Impact Report. It is a powerful snapshot of what happens when local support is backed by real structure, consistent mentoring, and programmes designed to create long-term outcomes.

The headline figures that stand out

Across the 2024–25 season, the report highlights:

  • £16,101,630 in overall social value generated
  • A social return on investment of £1 : £8.95 (for every £1 donated, £8.95 of social value delivered)
  • 6,961 unique participants engaged
