Edge acquire Horsebridge Business unit
Edge Networks (Uk) Ltd are pleased to announce their expansion, as part of the strategic takeover of the synchronisation business unit from Horsebridge Network Systems.
Having built up to this point following a partnership period between the two companies, Edge, as they are better known, will now officially front the operation and service delivery requirements for a transitional takeover period from their own base just outside of Gloucester, a location close to their key partners.
This natural fit for Edge will see the core network synchronisation and transmission elements of Horsebridge Network Systems bolster the already vast telecoms and networking carrier services portfolio. Well known by the Horsebridge community, with a combined involvement within the group for over twenty years, Edge company directors, Jon Lanceley and Andrew Hyde have been at the core of both business operations. This key point which will now ensure a seamless transition for customers and suppliers alike, aligning in-depth knowledge and systems, key to the ongoing, long-term growth and success of this evolving business, our partners and service delivery to our customers.
